The M Residence is conceived as a sophisticated urban sanctuary where bold modern architecture meets quiet luxury. The design seeks to blend structured geometric lines with a moody, rich palette, creating a high-rise space that is at once dramatic, calm, and deeply grounded.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The interior layout embraces “metropolitan refinement,” using dark-stained walnut veneers, matte black steel partitions, and a luxurious palette of deep charcoal and soft cream to enhance high-end condominium living. Textural contrast is achieved through premium finishes like polished marble-look flooring, reeded metallic glass, and engineered quartz counters, accented by warm recessed lighting tracks. Indoor greenery and large glass panels frame expansive city views, while bespoke, high-capacity hidden cabinetry ensures a completely clutter-free environment filled with low-profile, structured furniture.
- Living & Dining Area: The main open-plan space features a continuous architectural flow, with a rich walnut wood-paneled ceiling coffering that acts as a structural anchor over the dining zone.
- Kitchen: Handle-less cabinetry finished in deep wood tones pairs seamlessly with matte gray stone countertops, while a monolithic dry-kitchen island curves gently to soften the high-traffic culinary workspace.
