Welcome to Jablanc Interiors (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or engaging our interior design services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Scope of Services
Jablanc Interiors provides interior design consulting, space planning, project management, sourcing, and renovation coordination. Services are rendered based on a signed agreement and tailored project scope.

2. Service Areas
Our primary service areas are Selangor and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We also accept selected projects in Singapore, subject to availability and jurisdictional requirements.

3. Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate project briefs and necessary permissions (e.g., strata management or municipal approvals). Timely communication, decision-making, and payments are essential for progress.

4. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to commence work. Full payment milestones are defined in each project agreement. Late payments are subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, drawings, and materials created by Jablanc Interiors remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred. Clients may not replicate or resell our work without written consent.

6. Third-Party Vendors
We may engage or recommend third-party contractors or suppliers. While we take care to choose reputable partners, Jablanc Interiors is not liable for delays, defects, or issues arising from third-party work or products.

7. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns, supplier shortages). Timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

8. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel in writing. Cancellation fees apply based on the stage of work completed and costs incurred.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. For Singapore-based projects, relevant provisions of Singapore law may apply where necessary.
